Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
1.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on returning the product and, upon inspection, offer a replacement or issue a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are proven to be defective. These include, but are not limited to:
- Intimate Apparel and Lingerie: Due to the intimate nature of these products, they can only be returned if unopened in their original packaging or if proven to be defective.
- Adult Toys: Adult toys can only be returned if they are proven to be defective. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of adult toys that have been opened or used.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed.
